The chain runs right through each charm's head, so they gather together at the front like a family photo. Choose one charm or up to five, in gold-tone, silver-tone or rose-gold-tone.

Every necklace is made from the choices you pick. If a charm arrives as a boy when you chose a girl (or the other way around), or with a stone color that doesn't match the birth month you chose in our birthstone color chart, or your necklace arrives damaged, email casey@adirena.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we'll make it again and send it to you free.

A gold-tone, silver-tone or rose-gold-tone box chain with a lobster clasp and a short extender, so you can adjust where the charms sit. Each charm holds one heart-cut stone in its birthstone color.

To care for it, take it off before you shower, swim or work out, keep perfume and lotion off it, and store it dry, on its own.
