Returns and Cancellation policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! If something isn't quite right with your order, don't worry — we've made the return and exchange process super easy!
First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The product must be returned in new condition — undamaged.
- No signs of use beyond initial trial.
Exchange:
- Email casey@adirena.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
- All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
- Customer will need to return their item(s) at their own cost.
- Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item.
Return for Refund:
- Email casey@adirena.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. (We will not accept returns after 30 days.)
- You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund via your original method of payment less the original shipping fee.
- Please allow 7–21 business days for your refund to be processed after our warehouse has received your return. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank's processing time.
- All return items must be in new condition. All items are subject to inspection.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit (whichever is preferred).
Final Sale items
- Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check.
Order modification/Cancellation:
Customers must email casey@adirena.com within 1 hours of placing the order to request any modifications or cancellations. After 1 hours, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.
Please make sure to carefully review your order confirmation and reach out to our customer service team within the 1-hour window if you need to modify or cancel your order. Please note that all modifications and cancellations are subject to confirmation.
Defective or Wrong Product
- Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team at casey@adirena.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team at casey@adirena.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY RETURN THAT SHOWS SIGNS OF USE, OR DOES NOT MEET THE LISTED CRITERIA. ITEMS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY MARKED "FINAL SALE" ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IN ANY FORM.
