    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

    By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

    A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

  12. General Conditions

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.

    We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  15. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

    We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

    You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

By consenting to MCDN LLC's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.

We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement:

Arbitration:

By using or purchasing ADIRENA products or services, you agree that any controversy, claim, action, or dispute between you and ADIRENA arising out of or relating to: (a) these Terms; or (b) your access to or use of ADIRENA's website or the services; or (c) any alleged violation of any federal or state or local law, shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable rules.

Exclusion from Arbitration:

Notwithstanding the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, you may choose to pursue a Claim in court and not by arbitration if you opt-out of these arbitration procedures within 30 days from the date that you first purchase any of ADIRENA's products or services. You may opt out by mailing a written notification to 2915 OGLETOWN ROAD, #3204, Newark, Delaware, 19713 US.

Your written notification must include (1) your name, (2) your address, and (3) a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration. Your decision to opt-out will have no adverse effect on your relationship with ADIRENA.

Class Action Waiver:

You and ADIRENA agree that you may bring or participate in Claims against ADIRENA only in your respective individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Unless both you and ADIRENA agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties.
